Paul Sperry, writing for realclearinvestigations.com, has outed the so-called “whistleblower” whose meaningless claim – i.e. that he heard from someone else that President Trump did something wrong in his telephone call with Ukraine President Vlodymyr Zelensky – has been bloated into an “impeachment inquiry” by a coalition of Democrats and their accomplice media.
Sperry did so because, evidently, everyone in Washington already knows who he is.
His name is eric ciaramella. And here, in part, is what Sperry has uncovered about him (the bold print is mine):
RealClearInvestigations is disclosing the name because of the public’s interest in learning details of an effort to remove a sitting president from office. Further, the official’s status as a “whistleblower” is complicated by his being a hearsay reporter of accusations against the president, one who has “some indicia of an arguable political bias … in favor of a rival political candidate” — as the Intelligence Community Inspector General phrased it circumspectly in originally fielding his complaint.
Federal documents reveal that the 33-year-old Ciaramella, a registered Democrat held over from the Obama White House, previously worked with former Vice President Joe Biden and former CIA Director John Brennan, a vocal critic of Trump who helped initiate the Russia “collusion” investigation of the Trump campaign during the 2016 election.
“He was accused of working against Trump and leaking against Trump,” said a former NSC official, speaking on condition of anonymity to discuss intelligence matters.
Also, Ciaramella huddled for “guidance” with the staff of House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, including former colleagues also held over from the Obama era whom Schiff’s office had recently recruited from the NSC. (Schiff is the lead prosecutor in the impeachment inquiry.)
And Ciaramella worked with a Democratic National Committee operative who dug up dirt on the Trump campaign during the 2016 election, inviting her into the White House for meetings, former White House colleagues said. The operative, Alexandra Chalupa, a Ukrainian-American who supported Hillary Clinton, led an effort to link the Republican campaign to the Russian government. “He knows her. He had her in the White House,” said one former co-worker, who requested anonymity to discuss the sensitive matter.
Remember when adam schiff and his pals were telling us the “whistleblower” was nothing more than a concerned citizen coming forth? Not one word about his extensive political background or political activities or history of trying to undermine the Trump presidency?
Well, that is exactly the kind of lying, duplicitous garbage we have come to expect from the execrable adam schiff. And exactly the kind of lying, duplicitous garbage we have come to expect a great many in mainstream media to give him a free pass on – or, in some cases, actually promote along with him.
And for WHAT?
For a telephone call in which President Trump asked the Ukraine to investigate meddling in the 2016 election (isn’t that exactly what the Mueller investigation did?)
And because he asked for Zelensky to look into how Joe Biden’s kid got a $50,000 a month job with a Ukraine energy company with no qualifications other than being Joe Biden’s kid — and Biden threatening the Ukraine with the loss of $1 billion dollars in aid if their own prosecutor investigated it?
Someone. Somewhere. Show me what is impeachable about that. Show me what’s wrong with that. You can’t, because there is nothing impeachable or wrong about what occurred on that call.
But the impeachment farce moves right along, doesn’t it?
