February 2021 – Hopelessly Partisan

For the better part of a year, including the entire presidential campaign, I blogged about the obvious cognitive decline of Joe Biden. Well, he was elected. And now we have a President who is the diminished shell of what little he was in the first place*. As I write this, it has been 38 days since Mr. Biden’s last full press conference. He has neither given a State Of The Union Address...
