Did you know that France is burning – not just Paris (though that is where it is centered) but in Marseilles and other cities throughout the country.
And the main reason appears largely to be the hatred of France/western culture shown by unassimilated immigrants – disproportionately from Muslim countries.
Now please note how few of our media are willing to report this…and, I hope you will be appalled.
From Jarrett Stepman’s article at dailysignal.com:
If you merely paid attention to the legacy media in recent weeks, you’d think that the French riots were only a bit of a scuffle between students and police, with perhaps a few “ultra-left” agitators, and that the only negative takeaway from the whole thing is that—horror of horrors—this could help the Right.
Let’s get this out of the way. What’s happening in France has been quite remarkable. These aren’t your usual French union-led protests that seemingly break out every summer in Paris and maybe lead to a car or two being overturned.
These are large-scale violent riots taking place across the country. Historic buildings have been torched. Statues have been defaced. And the country is dealing with the existential problem of mass agitation by leftist groups supercharged by the large numbers of mostly unassimilated Muslims who have little investment in France as a French country.
When you combine cultural disintegration with a stagnant economy and buckling social welfare system, this is what you get. The globalist order peddled and propped up by EU elites is simply going up in flames as its torn apart by its own contradictions.
And that’s why the media have gone into spin mode.
Want an example of how egregious this media blackout/perversion of the real news story actually is? I suggest you read yesterday’s Associated Press “article” which purports to tell readers what is going on in France, and see for yourself. Here is how it begins:
Clashes erupted in Paris as a mass march drew to a close Saturday, with more than 400,000 people rallying across France over school funding and soaring living costs in a fresh challenge to President Emmanuel Macron. Police made nearly 1,000 arrests, the government said.
There you go. School funding and the cost of living. Nothing else.
Thirty one paragraphs, and not one word about the large number of Muslim immigrants front-and-center in these protests. Not one picture showing protesters holding “palestinian” flags, or of the damage done to a synagogue ransacked by the “protesters”.
That is today’s Associated Press. And, sickeningly, it is just as true of all too many other “news” sources.
Please, please remember this when you think about what is going on in France – along with other European cities and some in our own country – today. Do not blindly accept what they feed you, and assume it is objective news coverage.
