Protesters waving Palestinian flags storm Roman Colosseum gates as unrest grows
Hundreds of protesters stormed the Roman Colosseum and clashed with police at the historic gates as the demonstrations in France spread to Italy over the weekend.
The protesters, many of them young and waving Palestinian flags, were seen cheering and yelling inside the 2,000-year-old arena during the demonstrations in Rome as security forces pushed them out.
The tense scene was one of many across the country on Saturday as thousands marched in the streets of Rome, Milan, Turin and other cities to protest the current cost-of-living crisis and the ongoing war in Gaza.
As you can see, it’s not just France. And it is not just Italy either. Similar protests are growing in Spain and other European countries.
As long as media keep assuring their viewers/readers that there is a “genocide” taking place in Gaza (a 100% lie) and declining to indicate Israel has any right to exist, this is going to continue, and to grow.
The media malfeasance in this regard is right up there with the “it’s primarily about student protests and the cost of living” BS being fed to the public about France’s uprisings.
Count on it continuing.
