So I was just in the Old Bridge, New Jersey Acme – the onethat used to be an A&P before the chain became DOA – and noticed there is aSleepy\’s mattress place there too.
That, by itself, is no big deal (neither, for that matter,is the Acme ). But I have to admit I was intrigued by the signs in its window.
-One said “Lowest Prices of the Season”. Cananyone tell me when sleeping season starts…or ends?
-And the other said “0% Interest” – which I considered veryimpressive, since it perfectly described my attitude about buying a Sleepy\’smattress after seeing the “sleeping season” sign.
Who writes their stuff anyway? The competition?
