President Obama has – astoundingly – admitted again, TWO YEARS AFTER ISIS STARTED WINNING BATTLES AND TAKING TERRITORY – that he still has no strategy to fight ISIL (not ISIS, but ISIL…that\’s what the really smart people, like Barack Obama, call it).
