THE IOWA DEBACLE (CONT.)

Did you think news about the Iowa caucuses couldn’t get worse?  If so, think again.

From Adam Edelman’s article for NBC news, we have this:

The Iowa Democratic caucus results are rife with potential errors and inconsistencies that could affect the outcome of the election, according to a review by the NBC News Decision Desk.

The apparent mistakes — spotted in at least dozens of the state’s 1,711 precincts — call into question the accuracy of the outcome of Iowa’s first-in-the-nation caucus, which was held on Monday night.

In some individual precincts, it may be possible to fix the errors; in other precincts, it will probably be impossible to determine how voters truly made their choices.

The article goes on to present the “inaccuracies” in great detail.  It does not, however, mention that the alleged reason for this debacle is an app provided by “Shadow, Inc.”, a company run by two former (?) Hillary Clinton operatives.

As for the results?

-We have Pete Buttigieg, currently with a 0.1% “lead” in the caucus voting – which would trigger a recount in any real election, nonetheless declaring he is victorious.

-And we have Bernie Sanders, trailing by that 0.1%, but, numerically, with thousands more votes than Buttigieg, declaring he won “a decisive victory”.

(It’s a pretty safe bet that neither Elizabeth Warren nor Joe Biden will be declaring victory in Iowa any time soon.)

So the debacle continues.  And now, on to New Hampshire, where Sanders is in the lead, Buttigieg, though behind, moving up well in the latest polls..and the supposed frontrunner, Joe Biden, is in et ceteraville, along with The Phantom Cherokee.

Joe Biden?  Nope.
