Here is the latest update showing activities of the Palestinian Arabs Israel is expected to make peace with.

Congressionallegislators were astonished last year to learn that the PalestinianAuthority was issuing monthly payouts totaling $3-7 million assalaries and other financial rewards to specific terrorists and theirfamilies. The money was channeled, in part, through the Ministryof Prisoners pursuant to the Lawof the Prisoner. The law set forth a graduated scale, peggingmonthly salaries to the length of Israeli jail sentences, whichgenerally reflects the severity of the crime and the number of peoplekilled and/or injured.
Thousandsof documents, newly obtained by this reporter through a lawsuit tounseal court-protected files, demonstrate that these payouts are notblind automated payments. Rather, senior Palestinian Authorityofficials as high as President Mahmoud Abbas scrutinize the detailsof each case, the specific carnage caused, and the personal detailsof each terrorist act before approving salaries and awarding honoraryranks in either the PA government or the military.
Ministryof Prisoners spokesman Amr Nasser has explained, “We are very proudof this program and we have nothing to hide.” Nonetheless, inresponse to the international furor, the Palestinian Authorityannouncedit would replace the Ministry of Prisoners with an outside PLOcommission known as the Higher National Commission for Prisoners andDetainees Affairs.
ThePA is dependent upon foreign donor countries to supply much of itsbudget, which now exceeds $4.2billion annually. About ten percent of the PA budget, more than$400 million, is contributed annually by United States foreign aid.The US and many other countries have enacted laws forbidding anypayments when the monies directly or indirectly support or encourageterrorism.
To summarize, the PA, which is specifically forbidden from using “aid” payments to support or encourage terrorism, is using aid payments to support and encourage terrorism. Proudly.
Meanwhile, the infrastructure hat would better Palestinian Arabs\’ lives never gets built….but the materials which could be used for such a purpose are diverted to construction of the terror tunnels used to transport weaponry which will be used to kill Jews.
These are the people the world demands that Israel make peace with.
