IS CIVIL WAR BREWING IN IRAN?

Here’s a little something I didn’t see much about in our mainstream media:  fighting has broken out in two Iran cities –  Sardasht and Piranshahr in the northwest – between Kurdish forces (both cities have heavy Kurdish populations) and the Iran Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

This may turn out to be little or nothing…just a blip on the radar.

But it may not.  If the fighting continues, and speads to other cities in Iran which, for their own reasons, despise the current “leaders” as much as the people of Sardasht and Piranshahr, what will happen then?

Just how thinly spread out can the IRGC be?  Just how capable are they to protect the murderous mullahs from the enemies they have made in the United States and throughout the Middle East, while battling their own people at the same time?

Again, this may be nothing.  But it may not, and it is definitely worth keeping an eye out for the short term.
