This latest post about the Academic Brownshirts who have apparently taken over many college campuses, comes to us from Amherst College in Massachussets.
Last week, when three invited guests – conservatives Milo Yiannopoulos and Steven Crowder, and intellectual/best selling author Christina Hoff Sommers – were invited to speak about political correctness, this is what they, and anyone who actually wanted to hear what they had to say, were treated to.

And astoundingly, these fascistic haters were screaming their lungs out about what? Free speech and hate, that’s what. Evidently, this behavior, this, er, openness to ideas, this level of tolerance for diverse opinions, is their idea of what qualifies.
Somewhere in the ether, George Orwell must have gotten quite a belly laugh out of that one.
One other thing: in case you’re wondering, the cost of one year’s tuition, room, board and other fees at Amherst this year is estimated by the school to be $70,807 – $73,257.
My congratulations to all the mommies and daddies, on what you’re getting for your money.
Academic Brownshirts: It’s getting harder and harder not to remove that second “r”.
