Hyundai makes a very good car. But I won\’t be buying one any time soon.
I resent its current commercial, which portrays the mother of a young child – maybe a 2 year old – hearing the deal and loudly saying “Holy BLEEP”, while someone (I don\’t remember who) quickly puts his/her hands over the child\’s ears. Then, at the end, the voiceover tells us to come in for a “Great BLEEP deal”.
See, you can\’t prove they\’re saying the obvious curse words. You\’re just supposed to know they did and laugh delightedly.
Well, I\’m not laughing. I consider it deeply offensive to be treated like someone with so few brain cells that I would be attracted to Hyundai by that language. As far as I\’m concerned, they can take their cars and shove them up their BLEEP.
