In Texas’s 35th district, pro-Israel candidate Johnny Garcia squared off against maureen galinda – whose campaign (until they changed the message to pretend she didn’t mean it the way it originally came out) gave us an instagram message which read:
“She’ll turn Karnes ICE Detention Center into a prison for American Zionists and former ICE officers for human trafficking. (lt will also be a castration processing center for pedophiles which will probably be most of the Zionists).”
The good news? galinda lost.
The bad news? She got over 40% of the Democrat vote. That’s right; a candidate promising to intern people who support Israel (a sanitized way of saying “those dirty Jews”) along with federal agents enforcing our immigration laws, got 40% of the Democrat vote.
If this were a one-district aberration, I would be appalled, but wouldn’t make more of it than it was. That, however, is not the case. The Democrat Party – with the shameful acquiescence of Senate Minority Leader chuck schumer – is now this country’s anti-Israel party and its pro-illegal immigration party.
What has happened to the Democrat party? What has it become? How did it get there? And what, if anything, are the remaining moderate Democrats in that party going to do about it? What can they do about it?
