Here is what Rep. Auchincloss (who is Jewish) has to say about Maine’s Democrat Senate candidate, graham platner:
“I’ve been clear about Graham Platner. I find that tattoo and his commentary about it to be personally disqualifying.
“I hope Maine voters agree with me. I think it would be a mistake for the Democratic Party to think that Graham Platner’s brand of the Democratic Party is what wins us durable majorities throughout this country.”
I award Jake Auchincloss Quote Of The Day honors for having the guts to tell the truth about platner.
And I award Quote Of The Day dishonors to the overall Democrat Party for having degenerated into such a pathetic state that Auchincloss would need guts to tell the truth about platner.
Let me end with what I think is a point worth thinking about. For years, the hard left – which pretty much runs the Democrat Party these days, has called Donald Trump a nazi. But now, since our military action in Iran began, one hard-left Democrat after another (and a few rogue Republicans as well) have accused Trump of being “owned” by Israel.
Can someone help me out and reconcile those two attacks? Thanks for any help you can give me.
