THE QUOTE OF THE DAY

Today\’s quote – and it is a telling one – comes to us from Iran\’s Defense Minister – Brigadier-General hossein dehqan.

And what does a military leader of a terrorist nation have to say that would interest us?  Here\’s your answer:

“Weask our nuclear negotiators to focus their utmost efforts on thecomplete annihilation of the Zionist regime\’s nuclear, chemical andbiological weapons as the biggest danger posed to the region andworld security as well as the US nuclear disarmament based onparagraph 6 of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) alongside theirnegotiations with the Group 5+1 (the US, Russia, China, Britain andFrance plus Germany)”

“…Iran\’s missile capability is conventional, defensive and deterrent and not negotiable”

Translation:  Dehqan, whose country has specifically, in so many words, told us that it will wipe Israel off the face of the map, and is busily putting together the nuclear arsenal itwould use to do so, is telling us Iran is not the problem, Israel and the USA are.  Why, if we just got rid of all the nuclear capacity of those two warmongering nations, everyone would live in peace and harmony.

For sheer chutzpah (now there\’s a word I doubt Iranians use much) this takes first prize.  But chutzpah is not what wins it the coveted (I sort of hope) Quote Of The Day award.

dehqan\’s comment cops Quote Of The Day honors for demonstrating – again – that Iran not only has no intention of doing what the woefully incompetent, inept Obama administration claims it negotiated, but that Iran\’s leaders are laughing disdainfully at what at complete snow job they pulled on Obama & Co. – they are freed from sanctions, now get billions and billions of revenue dollars they were not getting before, and have given up nothing in return.

Great job, Barack.  You really showed \’em.
