THE NEW YORK TIMES JEW TEST

Ken Berwitz

Take a look at this chart:

This was actually put up by the New York Times, to show how Jews were voting on the Iran “deal”, presumably to indicate their loyalty.

See, if you vote against the “deal”, it isn\’t that you oppose giving hundreds of billions of dollars to the foremost exporter of terrorism in the world, which spurs its people to go to the streets chanting “Death To America”, you\’re just a disloyal Jew who cares more about Israel than the USA. Got that?

From Clay Waters\’ blog at newsbusters.org:

Underthe heading “Democrats against the deal,” the lawmakers\’ names werearranged out of alphabetical order solely to enable the Times to stack all the”Yes” names that qualified as “Jewish?” at the top of thechart.

The chart\’s text box: “Twenty-three Democratic lawmakers have saidthey will not support President Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran, joining theirRepublican colleagues in the House and the Senate. Though more Jewish membersof Congress support the deal than oppose it, the Democrats against the deal aremore likely to be Jewish or represent Jewish constituencies.”
Lovely.
Maybe this has something to do with The New York Times\’ long history of distaste for Israel.  Or maybe it\’s just that the secular, hard-left ownership of The Times thinks this will “shame” other Jews into falling in line.  I don\’t know.
But I know an ugly singling-out of an individual group when I see one.  And that is a classic.
When are you going to put up a chart showing Black congresspeople\’s votes on issues relating to Africa, guys?  Ever?
I didn\’t think so.
