THE NEW YORK TIMES AND JEW HATRED

“No salt salts like Morton Salt salts”:  Cute little jingle the Morton Salt company used many years ago – maybe they still do now.

“No Jew hater hates Jews like a self-hating Jew hates Jews”:  My version of the Morton Salt jingle, directed at the Jewish ownership of the New York Times.

Clay Waters, writing for newsbusters.org, has an excellent commentary today on just how biased the Jewish-owned New York Times has been about Israel\’s role in the current conflict.  I am not going to post an excerpt from Mr. Waters\’ piece, in the fervent hope that you use the link and read it all (at a cost in time of maybe 3 minutes).

But I will post the beginning of the much longer article Mr. Waters links us to from CAMERA (Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America), in which the Times\’ inaccuracy, distortion and outright lies are exposed as plain as day:

TheNewYork Times\’ anti-Israelbias is on prominent display today in its international editionwith a highly skewed page-one headline. Completely inverting reality, the headline, on the top-right corner of the page, declares:”Israel presses air barrage and Hamas strikes back.”

Uninformed, casual readers would have no clue from this grossly skewedheadline that the opposite is true. It is Israel which is strikingback following 386 Palestinian rocket attacks launched fromthe Gaza Strip and targeting civilian communities in southern Israelsince June 12, when the three Israeli teens were abducted and killed.

And, believe me, the rest of the article is filled with additional BS designed to inflame anti-Israel sentiment by perverting reality as well.

CAMERA is a resource I look at occasionally, but probably under-use.  That is a mistake on my part; one I will rectify by paying a lot more attention to its material in the future.  I hope you do too – just as I hope you realize (if you didn\’t know already) what a bunch of self-haters own/run the New York Times.
