What you see in the picture below is real. Not a real gun, but a real cell phone case.
The only thing more idiotic than the company which created this cell phone case is anyone who would buy it….and, thereby, risk having him/herself shot to death for doing nothing other than trying to answer a call.
Here is what the case looks like in someone\’s pocket – i.e. what a user would visually be reaching for if the phone rang.

According to Aaron Smith\’s article at money.cnn.com, it is not clear which company is sick enough to manufacture and sell this case. But it is perfectly clear to me that the company should be held as an accomplice every time its use results in a violent conclusion – such as someone “taking down” a user because it appears a gun is being waved around, or someone shooting a user for the same reason.
Can there possibly be people stupid enough to buy and use this phone case?
We both know the answer.
