I just put on the TV for about two minutes, and caught Dana Milbank on al Sharpton\’s “PoliticsNation show” at (where else?) MSNBC.
He just referred to Eric Cantor – not David Brat (who, by the way, did not get almost any support from the various tea party groups) but Eric Cantor – as “A tea party guy”.
I spontaneously laughed out loud…and then held my jaw to make sure it did not open wide enough to detach from my face.
If that isn\’t the laugh of the day, please tell me what is.
