In reading political web sites, left and right both, I frequently monitor the hard-left crooksandliars.com – in fact, it is on my web log.
One of this site’s current blogs, written by someone using the screen name “David”, claims that “conservative talk show host Jimmy Mathis” (I’ll take David’s word for it on Mathis – I’m not familiar with him) told his listeners that comedian Larry Wilmore disrespected President Obama by calling him the “N” word, and President Obama should have walked off the stage.
Here is how David put it:
On his Sunday morning WBAL radio show, Mathis asserted that public figures should “go above and beyond to try to be as respectful to the individual and the office as possible.”
“And then you have Larry Wilmore,” he continued. “Correct me if I’m wrong, I don’t remember anybody while roasting [President George Bush] dropped the N-word in the final White House Correspondents Dinner.”
“If I were President Obama, I would have walked off that stage, I would have walked off,” Mathis declared. “No way you’re going to disrespect me and the office. This is not a P.C. society thing.”
FYI – Wilmore’s exact words were “Yo, Barry, you did it, my nigga!”
Do you have a problem with Jimmy Mathis, or anyone else, objecting to this language and feeling Mr. Obama should have walked off the stage rather than have both himself and his office disrespected? I know I don’t.
But “David” certainly did – as did just about every commenter at crooksandliars.com. In fact, a good many called Mathis a racist for what he said.
That’s right, folks. In the minds (such as they are) of this crowd, Jimmy Mathis showed himself to be a racist by objecting to a Black President being called “my nigga” and saying it was disrespectful.
You cannot make this stuff up.

That the right is now some how concerned about Obama being dissed is enough to make me want to honk up my breakfast. I would like to see Obama on his last day go to the House, stand up and raise a middle finger to the Republicans and shout ‘Fuck you all, y’all'”
“Something different between Bush and President Obama. Hmm. I wonder. Just can’t put my finger on it. You Dumbass Honky. Are you that fucking stupid? Yes. You are that fuking stupid.”
“It REALLY makes them mad that the N word is a word that they just CAN’T say, but black people can. That pisses them off more than anything.”
It seems to me that if you want to know where the real hate is….you just saw it.
Is it me or do liberals seem to be really deranged???
