Kerryhas been touring the Middle East to build support for PresidentBarack Obama\’s plan, announced on Wednesday, to strike both sides ofthe Syrian-Iraqi frontier to defeat Islamic State Sunni fighters, whocontrol swathes of both countries.
Translation. That broad coalition President Obama looked us in the eye and pontificated about on Wednesday? It doesn\’t exist. He doesn\’t even have an anorexic one.
And anyone who thinks John Kerry – a man with a nearly unparalleled record of holding important positions and achieving absolutely nothing – is going to put one together, is living in downtown Fantasyland.
But why should we be surprised? The coalition lie is right in line with the lies about keeping your insurance, and keeping your doctor, and that the borders are secure, and that al-qaeda is virtually decimated and that ISIS is a “jayvee squad”, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc., ad infinitum. Ad nauseam.
How much do I look forward to this incompetent, inept, lying President and his incompetent inept administration leaving office? I propose that January 20, 2017 be declared a national holiday.
