How credible is Joe Biden in denying the claims- with massive evidence to back them up – that he was a major $$$ beneficiary of his son, hunter’s peddling Papa Joe’s power and influence?
I’ll let the results of this just-published poll by the nonpartisan Rasmussen group tell the story:
President Joe Biden last week once again denied being involved in his son Hunter’s business deals with foreigners, but a majority of voters still suspect he was.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 58% of Likely U.S. Voters think it is likely the president was involved in Hunter’s foreign business deals, including 44% who believe it’s Very Likely he was involved. Thirty-three percent (33%) say it’s not likely Biden was involved in his son’s business deals, including 19% who think it is Not At All Likely. Another 10% are not sure.
Got that? If these data are correct, almost two times as many people (58% to 33%) consider it likely that President Joe Biden was involved in these deals – thus lying to our faces all this time – and by a more than two-to-one margin (44% to 19%) they consider this “very likely” versus “not at all likely”.
Add that to the negative overall approval ratings (averaging 42% negative to 53% positive across all major polls) and an NBC poll on how the country is doing (showing a remarkable 74% feel the country is on the wrong track versus 20% saying it is on the right track), and what have you got?
You’ve got a disastrous presidency being seen as…a disastrous presidency, that’s what. So disastrous that all the kissing up/rationalizing/news-tailoring of mainstream media on Biden’s behalf over these past two and a half years cannot fool the public anymore.
If I were a Democrat operative, I would be praying every night that there was a way of getting rid of a Biden-2024 presidential re-election bid….
…and praying just as hard that the alternative would be someone other than the flyweight incompetent Kamala Harris (or, for that matter, the “who is he other than his last name” Robert Kennedy Jr. or the “he is destroying California, do we really want him destroying the rest of the country?” Gavin Newsom).
Who, you ask? In the immortal words of Fiddler On The Roof’s Tevye, when asked how various traditions got started, “I’ll tell you. I don’t know”.
