Now that the country has spent days discussing New England Patriots\’ Quarterback Tom Brady\’s dishonesty, I thought I would post a remarkable football-related hypocrisy — one that I had not thought about until our pal Barbie Buddy brought it to my attention today:
The federal government, which has:
-“Tomahawk” cruise missiles,
-“Apache”, “Blackhawk”, “Kiowa” and “Lakota” helicopters, and
-used the code name “Geronimo” in the attack that killed osama bin laden…
…officially objects to the name of the Washington Redskins.
Do you laugh at this, or just shake your head and grunt?
Personally, I did both.
