As promised, here is my short, to-the-point second blog asking whether Joe Biden should be indicted.
Former President Donald Trump had classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago home – documents he accumulated while President, thus while able to unilaterally declassify documents at will. And he has been indicted for having them there.
Current President Joe Biden had classified documents at his Delaware home (among other places) – documents he accumulated while he was the Vice President and a Senator, thus he had no ability to declassify them at all. But he has not been indicted. Should he be?
