Last night, President Trump addressed the nation and talked about a number of issues, most significantly about election interference/improprieties.
If you watch ABC, NBC or CNN, however, you probably don’t know about that, since they decided not to air the President’s address.
Not surprisingly, given Trump’s unmatched narcissism, a lot of what he said was personally self-serving. That is terribly sad, because his egomaniacal commentaries got in the way of important points that he made about voter integrity…with a special emphasis on how China may have compromised voting in this country.
I’ve read several pieces on the speech, from both pro and anti-Trump sides.
In my personal opinion, the best/most complete – which, you should be pre-warned is pro-Trump – comes from Matt Vespa, writing for townhall.com. I suggest you use this link to read it and decide its value for yourself.
On the other side of things, you can read this transcript of the Trump speech provided by CNN – which, I remind you, did not bother to air the Trump address – and read its annotated, almost completely anti-Trump, commentaries.
Ok, there’s both sides for you. Please use both links, see each side, then make up your own mind.
