That title is not misprint, a sarcasm or an exaggeration. President Obama supports infanticide.
From H. R. 3504, the “Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act”, which was introduced on Tuesday:
(1) If an abortion results in the live birth of an infant, the infant is a legal person for all purposes under the laws of the United States, and entitled to all the protections of such laws. (2) Any infant born alive after an abortion or within a hospital, clinic, or other facility has the same claim to the protection of the law that would arise for any newborn, or for any person who comes to a hospital, clinic, or other facility for screening and treatment or otherwise becomes a patient within its care.
In other words (not that what you just read isn\’t self-explanatory), if a child is born alive, the child is a human being that has the same rights as any other human being. Even if the intent was for the child to be dead.
Remember: we are NOT talking about a child in the womb (which has its own set of issues). We are talking about a child OUT OF the womb, and alive. Which, by anyone\’s definition, is a live baby.
How could a decent human being possibly support killing that live baby? Well, ask President Obama.

Franks, R-AZ, and 82 cosponsors)The Administration strongly opposes House passage of H.R. 3134 and H.R. 3504 because thebills, while different, would have the same consequence of limiting women\’s health care choices.H.R. 3134 would defund Planned Parenthood based on its provision of abortionservices. Planned Parenthood uses both Federal and non-Federal funds to provide a range ofimportant preventive care and health services, including health screenings, vaccinations, andcheck-ups to millions of men and women who visit their health centers annually. LongstandingFederal policy already prohibits the use of Federal funds for abortions, except in cases of rape orincest or when the life of the woman would be endangered. By eliminating Federal funding for amajor provider of health care,H.R. 3134 would limit access to health care for men, women, andfamilies across the Nation, and would disproportionately impact low-income individuals.H.R. 3504 would impose new legal requirements related to the provision of abortion servicesin certain circumstances, which would likely have a chilling effect, reducing access to care.If the President were presented with H.R. 3134 or H.R. 3504, he would veto them.
Notice how President Obama\’s statement combines the legislation to defund Planned Parenthood with the legislation to protect newborn babies, as if they are one and the same?
That is meant to deflect your attention from the fact that he is telling us he is ok with allowing live babies to be killed. And, with enough help from mainstream media he will get away with it. I just googled “Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act” and, on the first three full pages, there is not one mention of it from NBC, or CBS, or ABC, or the New York Times. In fact, the one mainstream media article I could find, from the Washington Post, barely touched on the fact that it involves live babies – and what little it says about this is buried well within the article.
And this is not the first time President Obama has tried to block legislation that would protect live babies who survived abortion attempts. He did exactly the same thing as an Illinois State Senator – on a bill that eventually passed with virtually unanimous support.
Do you support infanticide? Then proudly stand with President Obama.
Are you against infanticide? Then demand that he sign H. R. 3504.
It is as simple as that.
