It is a little after 4PM. And both MS-NOW and CNN are running the “charge” that we hit a drug boat a second time because there were a couple of survivors as their lead story.
This starts at insanity and goes straight downhill from there.
A quick point that, you can be sure, nejther of these Trump/Republican hating venues are going to talk about: IF there were a couple of survivors on the drug trafficking boat:
-They would almost certainly be injured, probably severely;
-But regardless of whether they were injured, they would be in the middle of the ocean, hanging on to what’s left of a destroyed boat.
What then, MS-NOW? What then, CNN? Who the eff do you think would be coming to save them? Do they think the drug cartel would be sending out a rescue boat? The Venezuelan army? WHO???????
The plain, indisputable fact is that, whether they were injured or not, their only option would be to hang onto the remains of the boat in the middle of the ocean, until they either could not hold on anymore and drowned, or were eaten by an ocean predator.
Given these facts, I would argue that hitting them a second time/killing them immediately, was an act of mercy.
I literally cannot believe the left thinks going after Trump and his people for making short work of a drug-filled boat and making sure any surviving narco-traffickers on that boat are killed/not left to drown or be eaten is a problem to most people.
You can be damn sure it’s no problem to me.
