MY WINDOWS MAIL 6 PROBLEM

Earlier I blogged that I was having a problem with outlook express.  Actually I have Windows Mail 6. 

To repeat, the problem is that I must have inadvertently clicked on something somewere. Because, all of a sudden, every text message I have in outlook express is nothing but gibberish.

Here\’s a example of what I am getting instead of intelligible text:

Does anyone have an idea of what I did wrong, and how to fix it?
