Remember that nuclear “deal\’ President Obama and Secretary Of State Kerry agreed to (acquiesced to is more like it)? The one which they caved in on to just about every demand of khamenei and his fellow murderous, terror-supporting religious fanatics?
Well, evidently that was not nearly enough acquiescence. khamenei has issued a set of nine guidelines without which the “deal\’ is considered null and void. With great thanks to the invaluable www.memri.org web site, you can read it by clicking here.
But, for now, let me list out just the first three:
First condition: Khameneidemands that the U.S. and Europe lift the sanctions, not suspend them, and inaddition demands “solid and sufficient” guarantees in advance thatthis will be done, before Iran takes its own steps and meets its ownobligations under the agreement.
Second condition: Any sanctions against Iran “at every level and on everypretext,” including terrorism and human rights violations, by any one ofthe countries participating in the negotiations will “constitute aviolation of the JCPOA,” and a reason for Iran to stop executing theagreement.
Third condition: Under the JCPOA, Iran is obligated, following the JCPOA\’sAdoption Day, to carry out its obligations concerning changing the function ofthe nuclear reactor at Arak and shipping out most of its stockpile of enricheduranium. Contrary to this, Khamenei is changing the timetable of the JCPOA,stating that Iran will not carry out these actions until after theInternational Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) declares that it is closing itsdossier on Iran\’s “past and future issues (including theso-called Possible Military Dimensions or PMD of Iran\’s nuclear program).”
In other words, we are supposedly setting a timetable for rescinding sanctions against Iran, until it meets our criteria. But its Supreme Leader is stating, in so many words, that either the sanctions are immediately lifted in their entirety – no meeting of criteria necessary – or this “deal” does not exist…
…oh, and by the way, we\’re not sending our enriched uranium abroad or reconfiguring our nuclear reactor just yet. You\’ll have to wait for that (maybe until it is fully operational…at which time it can use this, or one of the other eight demands, to claim the USA and Europe are in violation, and nullify the “deal”).
And seven other conditions, just like these, all of which tell anyone who cares to know that khamenei, and his terrorist country, have not truly agreed to anything.
This is the “deal” President Obama and Secretary Of State Kerry have been preening about for three months. The “deal” their media sycophants have heralded as some great achievement/breakthough.
They must think we are all idiots.
How said that, for some of us, they are right.
