Ever hear of kermit gosnell?
You certainly have if you read this blog. But I wonder how many do not know the name…or did at one time, but no longer do because it was not reinforced enough to keep it in their mind.
For those of you struggling with who he is, kermit gosnell was an abortion doctor in Philadelphia, convicted of enough felonies to keep him in jail for the rest of his life.
Among gosnell\’s “abortion” techniques was to extract live babies from mothers\’ wombs, then snip their spinal chords with a scissors. I put the word abortion in quotation marks because, in reality, that is not abortion at all. As sickeningly grisly as the procedure is when the child is within the womb, once it is out it is not an abortion anymore, it is flat-out infanticide. Murder.
Why do I bring this up now? Read the beginning of Katie Yoder\’s article at newsbusters.org, and you\’ll understand perfectly:

Well, it would be odd, except that McAleer istrying to fund a movie about abortionist Kermit Gosnell – America\’s”mostprolific serial killer,” and the media\’s most ignored story.
With16 days left, the Gosnell movie raised over $1.4 million with 14,500funders – closing in on the $2.1 million needed to produce thestory of abortion Dr. Kermit Gosnell. The Gosnell Movie hasbeaten Lee\’s total in a shorter period of time with over twice thenumber of backers.
Nocredit goes to the broadcast networks, which continue to ignorethe record-breaking Indiegogocampaign.
That\’s right. Not content with virtually burying gosnell\’s house of horrors abortion clinic – along with the other similarly horrific clinics I have written about over the past years – and not content with virtually burying the testimony of what went on there at his trial, mainstream media are now virtually burying a stunning achievement in generating funding for a movie about him….as they almost certainly will eventually do the same for the movie itself.

See, if the news is not pro-abortion, it is not going to be reported. The fact that there are abortionists who engage in these kinds of practices is irrelevant\’n\’immaterial. We can\’t offend NARAL and NOW, can we? After all this is a women\’s issue and to be against abortion on demand means you are making war on wome…..oh, wait, what\’s that you say? That roughly half the women in this country are pro-life? Wellllllllllll, that doesn\’t matter. Go away.
Anyone remember when we had an honest mainstream media in this country? The memory grows dimmer and dimmer.
