joy behar: LEFT WING HATER? FLAT-OUT IMBECILE? BOTH?

This exchange between joy behar and Megan McCain, pulled from Conor Beck’s article at freebeacon.com, actually took place on ABC’s The View today.  It is not satire, it really happened.

“There’s no way for him to win though. When he says nothing about Russia, people get angry. When he’s threatening Russia, people also get angry. And I think we also need to pick our battles, I know it’s sort of funny to laugh at this, but we are talking about genocide in Syria,” McCain said.

“My issue is the moral relativism between someone like Kim Jong Un and Putin and President Trump, I think it’s easy to sort of sit here and say that–” McCain said before being interrupted.

“What, you think Kim Jong Un is less moral than Trump? Do you?” Behar asked.

“Oh, my God,” McCain replied. “I think Putin’s aiding and abetting Assad right now.”

“On what topic, on what topic?” Behar interjected.

“Chemical gassing of children — last time I checked, America isn’t doing that to anyone,” McCain said in reference to Putin’s enabling of Bashar al-Assad’s use of chemical weapons.

“Wait a sec, Kim Jong Un didn’t do that, what are you talking about?” Behar said.

“It’s hard for me to sit here with moral relativism about many things with Trump,” McCain continued. “If you think that Kim Jong Un, Vladimir Putin, and Bashar al-Assad, and President Trump are the exact same thing, it’s when you lose all arguments with me in every way.”

Do you need me to tell you why I call joy behar either a left wing hater aflat-out imbecile, or both?  I would hope not.

And, at least on this show, whoopi goldberg (karyn Johnson, actually), while not as sickeningly repulsive as behar, is not far behind her either – as shown by her moronic comment that riots in the streets would be “fun to watch”.

How proud ABC must be to have this quality of discourse on one of its shows.

I wonder what they’ll do if the right ever decides to use the same tactics as the left, and calls for a nationwide boycott of their advertisers.

I can’t say it would trouble me to find out.

Incidentally, the answer to that question in the blog title is both.  But I’m guessing you already knew.
