Former President Jimmy Carter has announced that he has cancer, which has spread to his liver and other parts of his body.
I doubt that you need a medical team to tell you what his prognosis is, especially at the age of 90.
Whatever our political differences – and they are deep – I am very sorry for Mr. Carter\’s illness, and hope that they somehow can put it in remission and he can continue to live a productive life.
