Given that, in yesterday’s House Oversight Committee hearing both sides of the aisle (my guess: Republicans for their outrage, Democrats for the optics) utterly took her apart, put her back together again and took her apart worse, she had no choice.
Goodbye, good riddance, and may her replacement be someone whose main qualification isn’t that Jill Biden likes her.
