Get ready to hear that the email scandal is old news/no big deal/they\’ve got nothing/there have been X number of investigations and it turns up nothing/it\’s a witchhunt/it\’s just another attempt to bring the Clintons down. You\’ll be right if you do, because every one of those strategies has been used in the past…..and they\’re going to need them all now.
Hillary Clinton\’s emails on her unsecured, homebrew servercontained intelligence from the U.S. government\’s most secretive and highlyclassified programs, according to an unclassified letter from a top inspectorgeneral to senior lawmakers.
Fox News exclusively obtained the unclassified letter, sentJan. 14 from Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCulloughIII. It laid out the findings of a recent comprehensive review by intelligenceagencies that identified “several dozen” additional classified emails– including specific intelligence known as “special access programs”(SAP).
That indicates a level of classification beyond even “topsecret,” the label previously given to two emails found on her server, andbrings even more scrutiny to the presidential candidate\’s handling of thegovernment’s closely held secrets.
“To date, I have received two sworn declarations from one[intelligence community] element. These declarations cover several dozen emailscontaining classified information determined by the IC element to be at theconfidential, secret, and top secret/sap levels,” said the IG letter tolawmakers with oversight of the intelligence community and State Department. “According to the declarant, these documents contain information derived fromclassified IC element sources.”
Hillary Clinton told us that there were no classified documents passing through her server while she was Secretary of State.
That was a flat out lie. The argument about what was and wasn\’t stamped “classified” was a diversion.
Why do I say this? Because the Secretary of State is the chief foreign officer of the United States of America. OF COURSE she gets classified documents. All the time. It is inherent to her job. Therefore, arguing over when someone stamped them as such is absolute, total utter BS.
If you believe that the Secretary of State got no classified information, or that, before she looked at classified information, some wonk at the Department of State had to first read and stamp it, please signify by saying “I am either a an unconditional Hillary supporter, a complete moron, or both”.
Hillary Clinton, with the blessing of the Department of State she ran, allowed a four year stream of classified information to go through her personal server. That means it could have easily been hacked by a moderately talented IT guy. Maybe even a high school kid.
Do you doubt for a moment that the Chinese, the Russians, the Iranians, etc. were not capitalizing on this?
Someone who would allow this to happen for four days would have displayed a level of naivete and, frankly, stupidity, that I would not like to see in the Oval Office. Hillary Clinton allowed it to happen for four YEARS.
But if you are one of the hopeless suckers who are willing to disregard all of this, one of the hopeless suckers who have convinced themselves that somehow, by magic, no classified information passed through that server…
…how do you then explain away what Ms. Herridge and Ms. Browne are reporting?
Please let me know when you come up with something. Meanwhile, I will expect a recital of the excuses I put up at the beginning of this blog.
