This will mean nothing at all to the Hillary Clinton lovers who can\’t get enough of her, no matter what she says or does, and will run – not walk, but run – to vote for her early on election day.
For anyone else, however, it is more than a little instructive.
From a town hall meeting:
Q: As President, would you sign a bill – yes or no, please – in favor of allowing the Keystone XL Pipeline?
HC: Well, as you know, I was the Secretary of State who started that process. I was the one who put into place the investigation. I have now passed it off, as obvious \’cause I\’m no longer there, to Secretary Kerry. This is President Obama\’s decision, and I am not going second-guess him, because I was in a position to set this in motion, and I do not think that would be the right thing to do. So I want to wait to see what he and Secretary Kerry decide. If it\’s undecided when I become President, I will answer your question
In other words, I take full credit for “starting that process” (what process?) and putting in place the investigation (the Secretary of State put an investigation of a domestic oil pipeline in place? How could that be?)…..and I won\’t answer your question or anyone else\’s question about it until after I become President (because answering “yes” or “no” would lead to other questions I don\’t want to be asked about).
Even the Hillary-loving crowd her handlers put her in front of could only come up with what sounds like just scattered applause to this muddled puddle of nothing. Watch the video and see/hear for yourself:
Is this really what we want in the White House?
