Tell the truth:  you thought he has been dead for many years, right?

Well, he\’s not.

Herman Wouk – who wrote a few, oh, pretty decent books…like The Caine Mutiny (which won a Pulitzer Prize), Winds Of War, Remembrance and Marjorie Morningstar – is 100 years old today.  And, not content with his output to date, expects to publish a new book later this year:  a memoir titled “Sailor And Fiddler – Reflections of a 100 Year Old Author”.

Congratulations to this great American and great American writer.  May he continue to amaze us for years to come.
