GRUBER AND THE GOOBERS

There\’s no doubt about it.  There are still people – no shortage of them, actually – who believe the supersedingly arrogant jonathan gruber and Barack Obama when they say that gruber, who got rich on putting together ObamaCare (we\’re talking millions of dollars here), did so with only marginal involvement in the program.

Does that make them low-information people, no information people, or “I don\’t know, and I don\’t care” people?

Regardless, they are wrong.

From Sarah Hurtubise\’s blog at dailycaller.com:

Jonathan Gruber, the Obamacare adviser who lambasted the “stupidity of the American voter,” worked more closely with top administration officials than thought, despite President Barack Obama\’s efforts to downplay Gruber as a low-level consultant.

A new trove of emails obtained by the House Government Oversight and Reform Committee and shared with the Wall Street Journal show Gruber had a high level of access to top brass in the administration between January 2009 and March 2010, when Obamacare was passed into law. Ms. Hurtubise then goes on to remind us of what gruber, who clearly sees him self as vastly superior to the rest of us, thinks about the losers who would buy into ObamaCare.

Interesting, isn\’t it, that the more you know about President Obama and the people around him, the less savory they become?

No wonder media have to work so hard at running cover for him.
