The end is near. Biden knows it. So does everyone else.
And it is eating him alive.
Want an example? How about this nasty and dishonest (both par for the course when it comes to Joe Biden) exchange and moderate Democrat Representative Jason Crow of Colorado.
It seems Crow had the nerve to bring up national security. Biden’s response?
“First of all, I think you’re dead wrong on national security. You saw what happened recently in terms of the meeting we had with NATO. I put NATO together. Name me a foreign leader who thinks I’m not the most effective leader in the world on foreign policy,”
“Tell me! Tell me who the hell that is! Tell me who put NATO back together!”
Biden put NATO together? Can someone tell me when it broke apart? This is mindless, factless lashing out at its finest.
But Biden wasn’t through with Crow – a former Army Ranger and Bronze Star recipient. More was to come.
“Name me a foreign leader who thinks I’m not the most effective leader in the world on foreign policy”? Tell me! Tell me who the hell that is! Tell me who put NATO back together! Tell me who enlarged NATO, tell me who did the Pacific basin!
“Tell me who did something that you’ve never done with your Bronze Star like my son — and I’m proud of your leadership, but guess what, what’s happening, we’ve got Korea and Japan working together, I put (the trilateral Pacific security pact) AUKUS together, anyway! … Things are in chaos, and I’m bringing some order to it. And again, find me a world leader who’s an ally of ours who doesn’t think I’m the most respected person they’ve ever –”
There you go. I’ll bet Crow can’t name one foreign leader who denies Biden is the most effective leader in the world on foreign policy. Just as neither Crow or anyone else can name any foreign leader who says he is. Which foreign leader was ever asked that question?
And Biden wasn’t the guy who put together AUKUS (a nuclear submarine deal between Australia, the UK and the US), it only happened because Australia backed out of a similar deal with France.
But, of course, he invoked his dead son Beau – the son he has, over and over again, claimed died in Iraq….but who left Iraq in September of 2009, and died on May 30, 2015 in Bethesda, Maryland.
Could this be more pathetic?
Now: why is it happening?
-Is it a serial case of Biden’s delusions of grandeur?
-Or does he actually believe the truckload of BS he’s unloading here?
-Or is it that he is so used to making bizarre, unprovable claims about his personal greatness with media obligingly looking the other way that he just barfs this nonsense out?
It’s got to be at least one, maybe all three.
The bottom line? Biden is toast. It’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when.
And when it happens, watch Republicans have a field day with the fact that just about every Democrat primary vote was for Biden, but the party – even as they claim Republicans are against democracy – has decided that the will of their own primary voters doesn’t count for squat (and I do NOT mean squat).
I don’t remember ever seeing a United States political party so completely in shambles, so completely in this deep an outhouse hole.
And I have no idea in the world how they can get out of it.
