Miosotis Familia was a New York City police officer. She was shot in cold blood last week, while doing nothing other than sitting in her police vehicle.
Ms. Familia, mother of three children, was Black.
Who attended her wake over the past three days? Thousands, many if not most of them White.
Who will attend her funeral this morning, and/or line the streets to pay their respects? Thousands, many if not most of them White.
Who is a no-show for all of this, with not a word on its website or its facebook page about this woman’s tragic murder? blacklivesmatter.
What does it take for some people to understand that blacklivesmatter does not give a damn about Black people, it only gives a damn about Black people who can be exploited for their political and social purposes?
Maybe this will be what makes more of them understand.
