As I assume you are aware, at Donald Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally, a “comedian”named tony hinchcliffe did a set laced with disgustingly poor-taste material, including a description of Puerto Rico as “a floating island of garbage”.
What possessed the Trump people to put this unfunny, insulting jerk on that stage is beyond me. Did he not review his material with them beforehand? Did they not know the kind of “humor” he vomits out? You literally have to wonder if he was a Kamala Harris plant.
That said, however, here is President Joe Biden’s comment about Trump, after being advised of hinchcliffe’s Puerto Rico insult:
“The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters.”
Yes, he really said that.

-A poor-taste comedian, who should never have been put on the MSG stage, makes a disgusting “joke” about Puerto Rico (and Latinos in general).
-The President of the United States calls every supporter of the Republican candidate for President “garbage”.
Which do you think is worse?
And don’t expect Kamala Harris to disavow Biden’s comment. Not after she has spent the last week calling Trump a “fascist” (does she even know what the word means?).
Move over, Hillary Clinton. Your “deplorables” insult to Republicans has company.
I wonder how many votes – especially among Latinos – Trump lost because of hinchcliffe.
And I wonder how many votes Trump will gain, via heavier turnout, because of Biden.
The lesson to be learned? There’s no shortage of stupid out there. On either side.
