Today\’s quote comes to us from Republican spokesperson Jamal Ware, speaking of the comment/suggestion/demand by Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) that the Benghazi select committee, of which he is a member, should be disbanded.
In Mr. Ware\’s words:
“It is interesting he made this call considering Mr. Schiff himself has only attended one of the more-than-45 interviews conducted to date by the Select Committee on Benghazi. In fact, save for voting no to create the committee and then attending a press event on the now well-disproven Democrat talking point that all has been \’asked and answered,\’ Mr. Schiff has largely been a Member of the committee in absentia.”
Is that true? Has Adam Schiff been absent from virtually all the committee hearings – thus ignoring his duties as a congressperson (not that it would matter to his eminently safe-Democrat district, you understand) – and then made demands about the committee\’s conduct based on his record of what amounts to self-imposed permanent AWOL status?
The answer, in a word, is sure. Because one look at Schiff\’s record will tell you that he is a mail-it-in doctrinaire Democrat, who will vote with the Democrat majority on every major issue. Try and find an exception, I dare you. A sea otter, trained to press the “D” button, could sit in his chair and, results-wise, except for the flapping around and a faint ocean smell, no one would ever know the difference.
I award Jamal Ware Quote Of The Day honors for exposing this hypocrite for what a joke he is making of himself.
Well done, sir.
