Let me remind you that these horrors, all committed in the name of Islam, do not in any way define all Muslims.
Religion is what each individual makes of it. And I know from decades of personal experience in my business and personal life that there are vast numbers of Muslim people who want nothing more than to live peaceful lives in coexistence with others.
But that does not change the fact that the lunatics who kill with gleeful abandon in the name of Islam are Muslims too. And, as as we know all too well, there is no shortage of them.
Barack Obama has been President for almost 6 1/2 years, and his strategy in dealing with the international scourge of terrorism in the name of Islam has been to pretend it has nothing to do with Islam.
He has claimed that al-qaeda is virtually wiped out, and that ISIS…oops, excuse me, ISIL (that\’s what the really smart people like Mr. Obama call it) is nothing more than a jayvee squad. Both of those claims were either out and out lies, or demonstrations of his cluelessness as a President.
Which of those two is the good choice? Help me out here, because I can\’t find it.
Radical Islam will live and thrive as long as it is not dealt with. And we have a President with no intention of and/or no capability of dealing with it.
I count the seconds until this nightmare administration is over.
