Today\’s quote comes to us from presidential aspirant Hillary Clinton.
I just read that, while speaking to so-called “DREAMers” at a Las Vegas high school last Tuesday, Ms. Clinton had this to say about poor, overtaxed illegal aliens:
“In New York, which I know a little bit about because I represented it for eight years and I live there now, our undocumented workers in New York pay more in taxes than some of the biggest corporations in New York.”
Yes, those words came out of her mouth. It\’s not a joke or a test of some kind. She really said what you just read.
I\’m not going to bother explaining why Glenn Kessler, the lifelong Democrat who fact-checks for the usually Democrat-friendly Washington Post, gave this idiotic comment “four Pinocchios” (his designation for a complete lie). You can click here and read it for yourself.
Hillary Clinton wins Quote Of The Day honors for showing us so clearly why she has spent the last month zealously avoiding real journalists who might ask her real questions. If this is what I had to offer, I would be doing the same.
Can Ms. Clinton possibly think our media – regardless of what it has done for her in the past – will allow her to continue providing no media coverage, just misinforming high school students, from now through next November?
