Here are the first two paragraphs from Michael S. Schmidt\’s ariticle in the usually Hillary Clinton-supporting, Republican-despising New York Times:
Hillary Rodham Clinton was directly asked by congressional investigators in a December 2012 letter whether she had used a private email account while serving as secretary of state, according to letters obtained by The New York Times.
But Mrs. Clinton did not reply to the letter. And when the State Department answered in March 2013, nearly two months after she left office, it ignored the question and provided no response.
Every time that Hillary Clinton claims she didn\’t know her use of private email for State Department business was an issue, therefore, is a lie.
End of blog….and end of Hillary Clinton if the media went after her the way they would have gone after a Republican presidential candidate with the same sordid, dishonest past as hers.
Maybe this Times article heralds a change in attitude toward Ms. Clinton – i.e. a willingness to see her for who and what she actually is.
I certainly hope so.
