Yes, some self-impressed actors who think their political opinions are meaningful to anyone but themselves and their pals used the Oscar show to give us left wing lectures.
Yawn.
Oh, and a bunch of Oscars went to extremely violent movies….featuring the kind of behavior we were lectured about, except if they make money they’re OK.

OK, one post-script: viewership of the Oscar show dropped to 23,600,000 viewers. That’s 6,000,000 fewer than last year. Ratings-wise, in the key 18 – 49 segment, it went from 7.7% to 5.3%.
In other words, Oscar ratings are trending smaller and older.
I wonder how much milk they drink.
