Juliana Stratton is the Lieutenant Governor of Illinois. She aspires to be the Democrat candidate for retiring incumbent Dick Durban’s U.S. Senate seat.
Here is her first ad – the one she presumably wants to be defined by.
Did you watch the ad? Were you impressed by its message – which begins and ends with people saying “Fuck Trump” and a promise to “abolish ICE” (i.e. allow illegal aliens to stay in the country).
Does that give you a reason to vote for Juliana Stratton? Does it tell you anything about what issues she supports or doesn’t support – other than that she thinks cursing Donald Trump and essentially eliminating our national borders are vote-getters?
Has the Democrat Party of Illinois really sunk this low?
I guess we’ll find out on primary day.
