JOHN FETTERMAN’S EXPLANATION OF HOW TO DEAL WITH IRAN

When Democrat John Fetterman was elected to the U.S Senate from Pennsylvania, I thought Democrats had gotten themselves a perfect foil.  A clearly compromised buffoon who would dutifully recite whatever talking points he was told to, and vote accordingly.

I could not have been more wrong.

Fetterman, who has suffered from depression and a stroke, seems pretty clearly to have overcome his debilities.  Not only has he turned out to be an intelligent, productive Senator, but one who speaks his own mind/does not say only what he is told to say by his would-be masters – like, for example, Chuck Schumer.

Put another way, Fetterman actually speaks his own mind – which means his positions do not reflexively coincide with the Democrat party line.

And apart from his strong support of Israel (which, in and of itself, is worth a few blogs) he also has a very realistic view of Iran.

Here is Fetterman’s latest quote regarding that horribly compromised country, and President Trump’s attempts (probably for-show attempts) to negotiate with its murderous leaders:

“I don’t think you can’t really trust and negotiate with them. You can’t negotiate with cancer. You have to attack it and go right at it with superior force.”

I don’t think that could have been said better or more clearly.

Based on those words, I conclude that Senator Fetterman sees what I see here:  a “let’s negotiate” posture, presented with the full expectation that no serious negotiation can ever take place with these murdering haters, followed by decisive military action – which will be supplemented by support from the many, many Iranians who count the seconds until Supreme Leader ali khamenei and his murderous pals the mullahs are deposed.

If that happens, watch khamenei & CO. run for the border.  And watch the military – which had so much “fun” killing Iranian civilians by the thousands just a few weeks ago – defect and disintegrate.

Bottom line:  I agree with John Fetterman’s analysis, and hope that he is reading President Trump perfectly.

What a dangerous senator we have here:  one who actually thinks for himself.
