Sara Carter, writing for, has just provided us with a genuine bombshell report – one that could not only shake the Washington “swamp” right down to its deepest algae, but has the potential to stop Robert Mueller’s investigation Star Chamber in its tracks.

We often see teasers like the ones in my previous paragraph, then read on to find that the “bombshell” is little more than a wet sparkler.  But not this time.  This time it’s the real thing.

Read these excerpts and see for yourself:

A review of a classified document outlining what is described as extensive Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act abuse was made available to all House members Thursday and the revelations could lead to the removal of senior officials in the FBI and Department of Justice, several sources with knowledge of the document stated. These sources say the report is “explosive,” stating they would not be surprised if it leads to the end of Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel investigation into President Trump and his associates.

“The document shows a troubling course of conduct and we need to make the document available, so the public can see it,” said a senior government official, who spoke on condition of anonymity due to the sensitivity of the document. “Once the public sees it, we can hold the people involved accountable in a number of ways.”

The government official said that after reading the document “some of these people should no longer be in the government.”

The document also apparently outlines “several problematic” issues with how FISA warrants were “packaged, and used” state several sources with knowledge of the report.

Over the past year, whistleblowers in the law enforcement and intelligence community have revealed to Congress what they believe to be extensive abuse with regard to FISA surveillance, as previously reported.

Is this for real?  Is there documented evidence of FISA abuse – including abuse directly related to the Mueller fiasco, which was ostensibly started to find collusion between Trump and Russia but, in almost a year, has given no indication it has found anything of the sort?

And, if it is for real, which heads should roll?  Because you can bet the Trump administration – understandably – will waste no time in rolling them.

Let’s remember, the entire basis for creating an Independent Counsel was a FISA warrant – one there is now significant reason to believe was based on the so-called “Steele dossier” – i.e. anti-Trump opposition research, bought and paid for by the Clinton campaign.

Let’s also remember that, so far, the Trump administration is intact.  But The Podesta Group, run by Tony Podesta, brother/confidant of Hillary Clinton’s campaign chief, John Podesta – which facilitated purchase of the Steele dossier – was summarily disbanded as investigators closed in.

Why do you think this company disappeared in the blink of an eye?  Because it wasn’t involved in anything underhanded?  Legally actionable?

When this kind of documentation sees the light of day, the truth has to come out.  And the innuendo, headline-grabbing allegations, etc. that have no basis in fact, are shown to be what they are.

So let’s see what’s in there.  Let the chips fall where they may, on either side of the political aisle.

Then, maybe, our wonderful “neutral” media will bother advising their viewers/readers/listeners it exists.

That would be a refreshing change….

  • Because you can bet the Trump administration – understandably – will waste no time in rolling them.

I’m not so sure about that. One day shy of a year that Trump has been in office and the “swamp” still hasn’t been drained. Hell he still has Obama appointees working at all levels of the government, let alone the longtime swamp creatures.
