Are the people streaming into Europe from Syria (and other Muslim countries) really refugees? Or are they an army of men – predominantly young men – leaving their women and children behind to fend for themselves?
Well, let\’s think about this: As of 2014, Syria had a population of just under 18 million, with a tiny slice more of males than females (about 50.5% – 49.5%. Almost exactly one-third – 6 million were males age 15 and older, one third were females aged 15 and older, one third were children under the age of 14.
Now let\’s look at who the “refugees” are. According to the United Nations Relief Agency, 14% are women, 20% are children…
…and 65% – almost 2/3, twice their incidence in the population – are men.
Let me say that again. The percentage of men – 15 and older – coming from Syria and depositing themselves as “refugees” in Europe is ALMOST DOUBLE THEIR INCIDENCE OF THE SYRIAN POPULATION.
Does that mean that countless Syrian men – supposedly brave souls risking their lives to save their families – are, in actuality, me-first cowards, leaving their women and children to ISIS and bashar al-assad, while they put on their designer jeans, grab their smart phones, and head for where the incredible suckers…er, concerned European citizens, will give them food, clothing and shelter?
Apparently, for a great many, the answer is yes, that\’s exactly what they are.
These are not refugees. Refugees are men, women and children who flee across a border. These are “men” who leave their their women and children to either ISIS or the mass murderer al-assad, while they head for Europe to get all that free stuff.
I hope this clears things up for some of the people who have been conned into thinking otherwise.
