As the world – including our two-faced Democrat administration – continues to excoriate Israel for its military action in Gaza, I thought you might want to see another example of what Israel is actually up against.

The Israel Defense Forces early Monday morning launched a raid on Gaza City’s Shifa Hospital, amid intelligence that senior Hamas officials were in the area and using the hospital to plan and carry out terror activity, the military said.
During the operation troops killed a senior Hamas commander, according to the IDF. One Israeli soldier was also killed amid a gun battle with terror operatives in the area of the hospital before dawn.
As troops arrived at the medical center, Hamas gunmen opened fire “from within the hospital compound,” the IDF and the Shin Bet said.
The troops returned fire, killing and wounding several gunmen, according to the IDF.
By Monday evening, some 20 Hamas gunmen were killed inside the hospital premises and another 20 were killed in the surrounding area, the IDF said.
-They operate out of schools – UN-run schools where children are taught that there is no higher honor than to die killing Jews.
-They operate out of tunnels that run through residential areas, below hospitals, below schools…
…and directly below the United Nations Relief Works Agency (UNRWA) headquarters, where those nice folks – including the ones who participated in the October 7th massacre which started this war – assure us they had no idea there were tunnels being built there (I guess the digging equipment, the debris, and the military armaments that went into those tunnels were magically invisible to the eyes and ears of UN personnel).
-And, as you can see above, they operate not just below hospitals but within them as well.
But the world expects Israel to be mindful of/take care of the Gaza population – a population its leadership, hamas, not only does not give a damn about, but is happy to use as propaganda fodder when Israel’s only option is to fight where hamas uses them as human shields…and then attacks Israel for the resultant loss of non-military life.
That is what Israel is up against.
That is what the world demands Israel make peace with.
