Here, from a blog I wrote yesterday, is Minnesota Governor tim walz’s version of the multi-billion dollar fraud going on in his state:
This is Trump’s long game.
We’ve spent years cracking down on fraudsters. It’s a serious issue – but this has been his plan all along.
He’s politicizing the issue to defund programs that help Minnesotans.
Got that? It’s Trump. Not walz. After all, he and his people have spent years cracking down on fraudsters.
And now, today? As more and more incriminating material comes out? This is the latest from walz:
“This is on my watch. I am accountable for this. And more importantly, I am the one who will fix it. You should be equally outraged about $1 or whatever that number is, but they’re using that number without the proof behind it.”
“But to extrapolate what that number is for sensationalism, or to make statements about it, it doesn’t really help us.”
That’s the start of the continuum. Instead of it’s Trump, not me, it’s well, I’m accountable for it, but I’ll fix it and they’re just blowing it way out of proportion.
Let’s keep watching to see where this goes as the walls continue to cave in on this incompetent liar. Let’s see what his next version is. I’ll try to keep up as his story changes…which it, inevitably will.
